These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdream22 ("phdream22," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdream22 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phdream22 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phdream22, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of phdream22, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from phdream22 or any other gambling platform for any reason;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make participation in gambling activities harmful to you.

phdream22 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Any winnings obtained by a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria shall be void and forfeited.

To access the full range of phdream22 services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) phdream22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phdream22 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream22 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phdream22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. phdream22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

KYC Verification: phdream22 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide all documentation requested by phdream22 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your phdream22 account at any time by contacting our support team. phdream22 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

Currency: All transactions on phdream22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine residents.

Approved Payment Methods: phdream22 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (where supported by your issuing bank)

phdream22 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on phdream22 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phdream22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.

phdream22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus Abuse: phdream22 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Modification and Withdrawal: phdream22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account will not be affected by such changes, subject to the applicable bonus terms.

All games available on the phdream22 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

RNG Certification: All random number generator ("RNG") games on phdream22 are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for RNG games are published on the Platform.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios using real cards, real wheels, and real dealers. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical processes and are not subject to RNG certification.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, phdream22 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager. phdream22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during a game round, phdream22's system will complete the round according to the applicable game rules. The result of the completed round shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdream22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phdream22;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdream22 staff or other players.

phdream22 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phdream22 account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the phdream22 Platform.

phdream22 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without phdream22's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of phdream22's intellectual property will result in termination of the licence granted herein and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdream22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phdream22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdream22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phdream22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phdream22 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering for a phdream22 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

phdream22 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phdream22 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phdream22 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phdream22's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint.

phdream22 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations that fall within the jurisdiction of PAGCOR, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
